Remove a Table Column

I was going to PM this but I thought a guide on the forums might be better.

Simple question (I hope) and this picture should provide more details, I want to remove the column in the red box.

You will need to remove the <th>Game</th> from table_open template

And <td>{$category}</td> from table_row template. And table_row_premium template
