Manage Inactive Members

I'm confused about managing inactive members. I have the site config set to remove inactive members from view after 14 days. I go to Admin >> Members >> Manage Inactive Members and nothing shows up there. It's been over 14 days for some members and I know they have been inactive but they have not been removed from view.

... any ideas as to why?

Why? cause they are not inactive

Each of your members visible right now on the list received a vote in the last days. Sites only go inactive if no votes or no pageviews in last xx days.
