Banner is missing from the list

Hello.
When a banner is uploaded, the message "done" appears.
The banner cannot be seen in the toplist. If I go with the mouse on the place where the banner would be, I can click on the empty place.
But the banner is not visible.
The banner can be seen correctly in the user area.

Where is the mistake ?

Looks like you banner was converted to MP4 but did not render. I suspect ffmpeg is not configured properly on your server.

Can you check admin -> tools -> convert member banners to see if your system supports it?

I have now put the site back into maintenance mode.

I will send you all the login details from Site, Database and ftp.
You just have to tell me where to send them.

Yes some people do have ffmpeg, but its either broken, or has no public binary files ( it has to be configured that way ). Resulting in system reporting as ok, but actual convert does not work.

Please open settings_sql.php and add this line

$CONF['disable_mp4'] = 1;
