Planned was weekend yea, we need to convert a few php functions to utf8, resave all files as utf8 and make one other change in the core.
This is a fairly big update again thats why it got delayed. As Mark said we wanna make sure not so many update bugs appear for you guys

Should be ready in a few days by the weekend i think. I know we said it that allready but this time it should work
