Ok, your site needs some major improvements as it's still basically the bog standard Visiolist.

Good Points:
You have a nice logo

Bad Points:
You have 1 category called "category" itself.
Your screenshots are not working (might be on purpose).
Your Logo and your Site don't go together color-wise.
Bog-Standard Visiolist setup.
The 100 "Your Site Here" looks really unprofessional.

What you need:
You need the mod-rewrite URLs for SEO.
You need Meta keywords and description for SEO.
Get the "Overall Stats" Plugin as potential site listers use it.
Get screenshots working as they make our sites look nice
Try to adjust your color scheme to suit your logo.
Get the Facebook & Google+ Plugins which could bring you some traffic.
